本政策說明你使用 PostOnce 時，我們如何蒐集、處理及利用個人資料。PostOnce 把你建立的內容發到 YouTube、Facebook、Instagram、Threads、TikTok 與 X。本服務使用 YouTube API Services。你連結的平台在收到資料後，依各自的隱私權政策處理。

我們處理哪些資料

• 帳號資料：登入帳號、電子郵件、內部使用者識別碼、角色，以及建立與更新時間。密碼只保存 bcrypt 雜湊。
• 社群授權資料：你授權後的帳號顯示名稱、平台識別碼，以及維持發布所需的授權憑證。社群平台密碼不需要提供給 PostOnce。
• 內容與發布資料：標題、文案、影片、圖片、檔名、類型、大小、目標帳號、發布與隱私設定、草稿、狀態、錯誤訊息與已發布網址。
• 客服訊息：你送出的主旨與內容。
• 授權流程的短期資料：約 10 分鐘的一次性工作階段，用來完成正在進行的綁定。

未提供登入或授權所需資料時，對應功能無法使用，例如無法註冊、無法綁定，或無法發到該平台。我們不使用 Cookie，也不使用分析、廣告或跨網站追蹤工具。登入狀態放在 sessionStorage，關閉分頁後清除；外觀與側欄偏好放在 localStorage。

存放、保存與你的權利

正式環境使用 Google Cloud Compute Engine，主機位於 asia-east1（台灣）。同一台虛擬機器以 Docker 執行網站、API、MySQL 與 Redis。上傳檔存在該機器的磁碟。你確認發布後，內容會傳給你選擇的平台，該平台可能在其他地區處理。

我們不出售個人資料，也不把授權憑證或未公開內容提供給他人做廣告或資料仲介。帳號、授權憑證、貼文、上傳檔與客服訊息保留到你申請刪除或帳號被刪除為止。你可要求查詢、取得副本、更正、停止處理或刪除，請來信並註明 PostOnce 帳號。我們會確認身分，不會要求密碼或完整權杖。

Google 與 YouTube 資料

PostOnce 使用 YouTube API Services。只有你選擇連結 YouTube 並在 Google 同意後，我們才存取該帳號的 YouTube 資料。申請的權限是上傳你建立的影片（youtube.upload），以及查看你的 YouTube 帳號以列出可綁定的頻道（youtube.readonly）。我們讀取頻道識別碼、頻道名稱、自訂網址，以及 Google 核發的重新整理權杖。不讀取 Gmail、雲端硬碟、日曆、聯絡人，或其他你沒有要求發布的 Google 資料。

這些資料只用來顯示並綁定你選擇的頻道，以及依你的指示上傳影片、標題、說明、封面與隱私設定。隱私設定預設為不公開列出。我們不讓第三方在 PostOnce 投放廣告，也不透過 Cookie 或類似技術讓第三方從你的裝置蒐集資料。人員不會讀取這些 Google 使用者資料，除非你明確同意、為了調查安全問題，或為了遵守法律。

透過 Google API 取得的資料，其使用與移轉均遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括有限使用要求。除了你確認發布時傳送給 Google（YouTube）、為了安全、遵守法律，或在你事先明確同意下移轉外，我們不把這些資料交給其他人，也不用於廣告、信用評估、放貸，或訓練非個人化的人工智慧或機器學習模型。

重新整理權杖與頻道識別資料存在 PostOnce 的資料庫，直到你解除連結或來信要求刪除。你也可以到 Google 安全性設定頁 撤銷存取。撤銷後該授權無法再使用；請同時在 PostOnce 解除連結或來信，我們會刪除依該授權保存的頻道識別資料與重新整理權杖。已上傳到 YouTube 的影片不會因此自動刪除。

Google user data

PostOnce uses YouTube API Services. This section describes how PostOnce accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

PostOnce's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access. After you choose to connect YouTube and grant consent on Google, PostOnce requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly. We access the channel ID, channel name, and custom URL of channels you own, the refresh token Google issues, and the video, title, description, thumbnail, and privacy setting you ask us to upload. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google user data.

Use. We use this data only to show and bind the channels you select, and to upload the video you created to that channel. The default privacy setting is unlisted. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell it, use it for creditworthiness or lending, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not allow third parties to serve advertisements through PostOnce. We do not use cookies or similar technologies to let third parties collect information from your device. Humans do not read this Google user data unless you give affirmative consent, it is necessary to investigate abuse or a security issue, or it is necessary to comply with the law.

Storage and sharing. The refresh token and channel identifiers are stored in PostOnce's database on a Google Cloud Compute Engine virtual machine in asia-east1 (Taiwan). Short-lived access tokens are not stored. Transfer uses HTTPS. When you confirm publishing, that video and its settings are sent to Google (YouTube) to complete the upload. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose this Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or any other third party, except to provide the publishing feature you requested, for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit prior consent.

Deletion and revocation. You can disconnect the channel in PostOnce or email hkevin1219@gmail.com. You can also revoke PostOnce's access on the Google security settings page. After you revoke access there, that authorization can no longer be used. Disconnect the channel in PostOnce or email us, and we will delete the stored channel identifiers and refresh token. Videos already uploaded to YouTube are not deleted by PostOnce. See the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

傳輸使用 HTTPS。本服務不是為兒童設計，使用時也必須符合各平台的年齡要求。政策變更會更新本頁生效日期；若變更涉及 Google 使用者資料的存取方式，會另行通知。其他約定見 服務條款。應用程式介紹見 PostOnce 首頁。
